The removal of underarm hair through plucking, waxing, and razoring can substantially damage the skin within the underarm region, causing it to become bumpy¹. BSL Clinic’s doctor, with their latest technology, can ensure a removal of hair in the underarm area. Without damaging the epidermis, the penetration of the hair roots is carried out through laser heat².
BSL Clinic’s doctors undertake an analysis of the patient’s hair pigment to understand whether the color is light or dark³. The utilization of different laser technologies serves various purposes. For dark-colored hair, the Cutera CoolGlide Vantage laser program, a 1064 nm infrared technology, is used, which gently generates heat into the hair roots to eliminate them⁴. The procedure takes place within the first few treatments⁵.
For light-colored hair, two laser technologies are applied. The first laser technology is identical to the one used to treat dark-colored hair. However, the energy use is increased to eliminate the hair roots of the light-colored hair⁶. The second laser type employed is the IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology, which efficiently emits electromagnetic waves to stimulate the hair pigments⁷.

One course of treatment at BSL Clinic includes five sessions, with an additional offer of three sessions available. Patients see beneficial outcomes after the initial treatments. Furthermore, BSL Clinic continues to provide follow-up care for up to two years. However, BSL Clinic does not take responsibility for the growth of white underarm hairs.
