What is it?
The Skin Tightening Alma Titen FX is a non-invasive treatment to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite. It is particularly beneficial to those individuals wanting to tighten the appearance of their skin.
How it works?
The Skin Tightening Alma Titen FX is a multi-functional device with a combination of both monopolar and bipolar Radio Frequency (RF). These 2 modes of radio frequencies are combined to breakthrough the layers of the dermal tissues. BSL Clinic’s dermatologists have full treatment control by continously shifting between external heating of the epidermis and deep heating of the subcutaneous fat tissue.
A combination of 2 RF modes produces energy within the targeted skin tissues. The following include:
- Monopolar technology delivers concentrated RF energy to the thicker layer of the skin.
- Bipolar RF energy creates local and superficial dermal heating for skin tightening and generates the production of collagen.
The Skin Tightening Alma Titen FX also has a dielectric heating feature. It is a specific function where high Radio Frequency (RF) energy of 40.58MHz are transmitted directly to the skin tissues, causing significant rotation of its water molecules. This rotation generates friction producing a significantly effective heating component. Due to skin tissue components containing water, heat is induced from the dielectric feature to create volumetric contractions within the skin. It contracts existing skin fibres and stimulates the formation of new collagen, while improving its thickness and alignment, thus producing positive results.
What to expect?
BSL Clinic’s Skin Tightening Alma Titen FX rejuvenates the skin’s firmness and texture. It tightens and re-contours the skin tissues both superficially and volumetrically. The collagen fibres contract and multiply, enhancing the contour, texture, elasticity and structure of the skin. Also, an increase in circulation occurs and the retained fluids drain from the subcutaneous tissues, reducing edema, erythema and overall volume. The treatment undertaken is between 30 to 60 minutes, subject to the patient’s skin condition and age. There is no downtime and the patient can return to their daily activities once completing treatment.
Positive outcomes appear after the second treatment and the overall recommendation of 4 to 6 treatments for effective long-term results.
